I bought a pair of Mephisto coincidental sneaker-type . It has a loftier quality leather upper and a completely potent, unbendable eva (rubber/plastic)-like midsole and outsole that "ride" similar nil I have ever felt before. Very comfortable. It'southward a curiosity of engineering. It's extremely stable; each human foot-strike is right on. The shoe is heavy; similar twice equally much as a regular sneaker. The trouble is:
I tried the size that corresponds to the length of my foot. I could put my index finger betwixt my ankle in the inside of the shoe with ease; barely touching the sides. That size had my heel slipping out merely if I laced tightly was ok (merely might sideslip out equally walk for awhile). Otherwise a adept fit overall.
The half size smaller has very petty piffling slippage. I have to squeeze my index finger in betwixt. If I'm standing it can be impossible. The fit feels good ; my longest toe is about 1/4 of inch or and so from the cease of the shoe. Non quite the standard thumb length rule. Information technology does feel a fiddling tight there and in the front.
These were expensive. What should I do? Keep the smaller size? Might that become a problem in the hereafter?

As you know, every mode shoe won't necessarily fit every style foot. It could simply be their sneaker isn't a good fit for you.
If you're determined to keep, and with the info provided, I'd become with the smaller size.

I tried a pair and wanted them to work. I got them at Nordstrom which sells a lot of them. I followed the salesman's size advice which was to buy them a little larger than you retrieve you lot need. Later a lot of break in, I could not wear them. They simply did not work on my feet.

I had a pair of Mephisto Rainbow, and can honestly say they were the most comfy shoes I e'er owned.
Almost daily wear for 3 and a one-half years until the sole finally wore through, merely the uppers were notwithstanding more or less similar new, bar some calorie-free creasing.
Size wise I just went for my usual size and found them perfect.
I would become for the smaller ones if anything. Having said that, I do similar to feel my shoes on, and by and large go for a snug but not tight fit.

I've just bought a pair and struggling a bit with the curvation support in them equally I've got fairly flat feet. Anyone else establish this? Wondering if it's worth persevering and they will mould a fiddling to my feet as I wearable them.
